Natural Enterprise, a result of a merger between the Isle of Wight Economic Partnership and the Island 2000 Trust, provides a wide range of environmental and economic services on the Isle of Wight. Located centrally in Newport, Natural Enterprise also manages the Innovation Centre, which provides serviced office accommodation for growing businesses. In 2005, Isle of Wight Economic Partnership expressed the need for ongoing IT support and management of both their IT network and the Innovation Centre infrastructure including its phone system.

Natural Enterprise
The Innovation Centre provides network and telephone services to tenants, and as such routine management of structured cabling and the telephone system is required. In 2009, Isle of Wight Economic Partnership chose to switch telephone provider and began using services provided by Navigate IT & Telecoms, via the only “green” carrier in the UK, and as such tenants at the Innovation Centre now enjoy carbon neutral phone lines and phone minutes. Natural Enterprise is now a ‘Complete Care’ customer of Navigate Solutions.
Objectives
