Network Monitoring
Navigate IT & Telecoms offers a 24 hour remote network monitoring service, which means that we are able to identify problems on your network before you even realise there is a problem. For our IT Managed Support Contract customers, this is offered as an included service. We also offer a specific network monitoring contract for those customers who wish to have the comfort and security of knowing engineers are monitoring their network, but who do not have an IT support contract.
Disaster Recovery
Data and your IT solution are becoming, or are already, the most important tool you have in the modern office, but what if something goes wrong and you lose your server? Or your network? Or even everything? In the event of a partial or total loss of data, our experts are on hand to get you back up on your feet as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We will try where possible to recover as much of your data as possible.
